Your Journey Together
I’m Ali, a neurodivergent coach, workplace and settings diversity and inclusion practitioner and qualified accredited neurodiversity trainer and send practitioner. My mission is inspired by both my own and my children’s neurodiversity journey.
I have worked in mental health for over fifteen years, starting out in adult social care working with adults with mental health needs and neurodivergent presentations. I have worked in both private and third sector respectively in both Neurodiversity Lead Roles, Emotional Regulation Practitioner and Training lead.
I am extremely passionate about inclusion and diversity in the workplace and I am dedicated in ensuring all employees receive the correct reasonable adjustments to ensure they can reach their full potential. I work closely with HR departments in the corporate sector as both a workplace consultant and trainer.
As a Mum of two daughters who have their own neurodivergent presentations, I am passionate about ensuring the workplace and such like can be as inclusive for them as possible.
