Julie Creffield
I’m Julie Creffield, a no-nonsense serial entrepreneur, innovation expert, and business mentor. My mission is to help brilliant, big-thinking entrepreneurs harness their ideas, creativity, and unique way of thinking to build something extraordinary.
Her Story
I’ve always been inspired by how ideas can change the world.
Growing up in a working-class family, I was the chief “maker-upper” of games in my chaotic household of six kids and a stressed-out mum. I didn’t know I had ADHD back then. I just knew I saw the world differently from those around me. I would shake with rage at the injustices I could see, always determined to find a way to make things fairer, smarter, and more exciting.
That fire never left me. I’ve made it my life’s work to champion the underdog and uncover the genius in ordinary people.
For the past 30 years, I’ve been turning my own and other people’s ideas into commercially viable ventures. As a neurodivergent entrepreneur with ADHD and a solo parent to a child with special educational needs, I understand firsthand the challenges and the superpowers that come with thinking differently.
These days, I split my time between working with the UK’s largest provider of Innovation Hubs, mentoring tech start-ups and mission-led founders, and creating digital products and programs that help diverse solopreneurs succeed on their own terms.
Why She Does This
Traditional business advice wasn’t built for people like us.
Most frameworks assume a linear way of thinking, a structured approach to productivity, and an ability to “just focus” on what needs to be done. But what if your brain doesn’t work that way? What if your best ideas come in bursts? What if consistency is a struggle but creativity is your superpower?
That’s why I specialize in working with neurodivergent entrepreneurs. Instead of forcing you into a system that was never designed for you, I help you create one that works for you.
Whether it’s managing overwhelm, structuring your business in a way that plays to your strengths, or navigating self-employment with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits, I bring real-life experience and practical, no-nonsense strategies to help you thrive.

If you need accountability, creative problem-solving, or permission to build a business that actually works for you, I’m here to help.
