Are you ADHD curious, or recently diagnosed with ADHD, and feeling overwhelmed? Perhaps you have an award from Access to Work for Coping Strategies coaching? My tribe is:

  • the people who are questioning whether they have ADHD
  • those self identifying as having ADHD (and don’t necessarily want to have an assessment)
  • those on the journey to assessment and beyond – regardless of the outcome.

I’m also here to support those in (peri)menopause who have ADHD. The intersection of ADHD with peri(menopause) can be very difficult, and I know this from my own lived experience as a post menopausal ADHDer.

    Coping Strategies Coaching with me

With Coping Strategies Coaching, I’m your thinking partner for co creation of strategies that suit you. These could cover topics such as:

    • Strategies to support your executive functioning.
    • Understanding and awareness of how you prefer to communicate, and process information.
    • Stress management strategies to support your emotional and mental resilience in everyday life.
    • Self management strategies to help you regulate and manage your behaviours, emotions and time.

I want to help you become better able to manage the tasks and demands of the workplace, and your everyday life.

I want to help you flourish in your relationships – at work, with yourself, and in your everyday life.

I want to help you strengthen your boundaries, so you can advocate for yourself and feel empowered at work and outside work.

I want to help you get better acquainted with yourself, understanding and appreciating your strengths, skills and values.

And crucially, I want to help you develop a robust sense of self acceptance and self compassion.
